Welcome to the OVA Experience
Choosing the right volleyball program is an important decision—and we want your family to feel confident, informed, and excited about the season ahead.
At Oasis Volleyball Academy, we do more than train volleyball players. We build skilled athletes, connected teams, confident leaders, and young people who understand the value of discipline, commitment, and hard work. Our development-first approach challenges athletes to strengthen their fundamentals, expand their volleyball IQ, compete with purpose, and become great teammates on and off the court.
Whether your athlete is experiencing club volleyball for the first time, looking for a stronger competitive environment, or preparing to pursue collegiate opportunities, OVA offers a pathway designed to meet them where they are and help them reach the next level.

We encourage families to review the details together and consider the level of training, competition, travel, and commitment that best fits their athlete’s goals.
Club volleyball is a meaningful commitment for athletes and families, but it is also an incredible opportunity. It creates lasting friendships, builds resilience and confidence, and gives athletes the chance to compete, grow, and discover what they are capable of.

Regional
The Regional Team is for athletes who are ready for a more competitive experience while continuing to build their technical skills and volleyball IQ.
Athletes at this level are expected to show commitment, effort, coachability, and consistent attendance.
This division provides strong development with meaningful competition throughout the season.

Premier
The Premier Team is for athletes who are prepared for a higher level of training, competition, and commitment.
These teams may participate in additional tournaments, including possible out-of-state competition depending on the team plan.
Athletes at this level are expected to be committed to practices, strength and conditioning, team expectations, and continued growth.

This level requires a serious commitment to training, competition, accountability, and team-first behavior.
Athletes in this division are expected to prioritize development, performance, leadership, and preparation.

Legacy
The Legacy Team is our highest competitive level.
These teams are built for athletes who are committed to competing at the strongest level available to them, including high-level tournaments, qualifiers, and college recruiting exposure.
Legacy athletes are expected to lead by example through discipline, attendance, effort, communication, and accountability.

OVA offers clinics, camps, open gyms, positional training, and additional development opportunities throughout the year to help athletes continue improving their skills, confidence, volleyball IQ, and competitive experience.
