At Oasis Volleyball Academy, we believe volleyball development goes far beyond skill training alone. To compete at a high level, athletes must build strength, movement efficiency, resilience, confidence, and discipline both on and off the court.

That is why we are proud to partner with Prime High Performance Center to provide our athletes with structured strength and conditioning support designed specifically for volleyball athletes.

Through this partnership, OVA athletes gain access to performance training focused on:
