Oasis Coaches

Coaches Who Bring Out the Best in Every Athlete

At Oasis Volleyball Academy, our coaches bring energy, experience, and intention to every practice, match, and conversation. They are teachers, mentors, role models, and competitors who set high standards while giving athletes the guidance and support to meet them.

Our coaches build strong fundamentals and volleyball IQ while helping players develop confidence, discipline, accountability, and resilience. They get to know the athletes they coach, celebrate their progress, and challenge them to keep improving.

The result is growth that carries beyond the next point or tournament—and helps prepare each athlete for the next level, on and off the court.

The OVA Coaching Standard

Every OVA coach follows the OVA Coaches Handbook, a structured coaching framework designed specifically for Oasis Volleyball Academy.

Our handbook establishes clear expectations around athlete development, practice structure, communication, team culture, accountability, playing philosophy, and leadership. It helps ensure that regardless of age group, division, or coach, every athlete receives a consistent OVA experience built around long-term development.

The OVA Coaching Standard centers on our PRIDE values — Passion, Resilience, Integrity, Discipline, and Excellence — and gives coaches the structure and resources needed to develop more than volleyball players.

We are building athletes, teammates, competitors, and leaders.

Our goal is not for every OVA team to look exactly the same. Our goal is for every OVA coach to operate from the same foundation, expectations, and commitment to athlete development.

One Academy. One Standard. One Commitment to Development.
