OVA uses centralized communication platforms for practice schedules, tournament information, travel updates, team announcements, billing and registration, and academy updates.
Families are expected to regularly monitor communication channels and remain informed.

Practice schedules may change due to facility availability, holidays, tournament schedules, and regional scheduling conflicts.
OVA will communicate changes as early as possible.
Athletes are expected to adapt and remain accountable.

Competition Environment

Tournaments are an extension of training.

Athletes are expected to arrive early, remain with the team, be mentally prepared, support teammates, and maintain professionalism.

OVA expects athletes and families to represent the academy with discipline and respect at all times.

Out-of-state tournaments are part of the competitive club experience.
Families are responsible for travel costs, hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals.
OVA will communicate tournament details in advance so families can prepare properly.

OVA athletes are expected to maintain a professional appearance.
This includes full uniform compliance, organized equipment, warmup expectations, proper tournament attire, and respect for the OVA brand.
How athletes present themselves matters.

OVA operates with clear expectations and accountability.
