Bailey Niebel

Coach Bailey brings 10 years of volleyball experience to the court. She currently plays setter at Ottawa University Arizona, which has given her a strong understanding of leadership, communication, and decision-making in the game.

Some of her favorite volleyball memories come from competing at club tournaments and sharing those experiences with her teammates. She brings that same energy and appreciation for teamwork into her coaching.

Coach Bailey wants to give athletes the confidence and encouragement that helped her grow as a player. She creates a supportive environment where athletes can learn from their mistakes, develop their skills, and finish the season stronger as both players and people.

Beyond the court, she enjoys powerlifting and reading.
