Jacque Freeman

Coach Jacque began playing volleyball at approximately 10 years old. She played club volleyball from sixth through eleventh grade before continuing her career at Central Christian College of Kansas, where she played libero for four years.

Her coaching experience includes serving as an assistant coach for Kansas Pups Club, a graduate assistant with the Central Christian men’s volleyball program, and an assistant varsity coach at Phoenix Christian Preparatory School. She now brings her playing experience, coaching knowledge, and athlete-centered approach to OVA.

One of her proudest career accomplishments was setting Central Christian’s record for the most career digs.

She believes every athlete is different—and that is something to celebrate. Her coaching style adapts to the individual player. She works with each athlete to discover how they learn best and helps them perform at their highest level.

Beyond the court, she enjoys reading, writing, playing with her cat, and watching documentaries and reality television.
