Kim Chrisman

Coach Kim brings 26 years of coaching experience, working with athletes ages 14–18 across club, freshman, junior varsity, and varsity volleyball.

A former soccer goalkeeper and collegiate libero at Phoenix College, she brings a strong foundation of playing experience to her coaching. She currently serves as the junior varsity coach at her alma mater, Sunnyslope High School.

Coach Kim is passionate about developing well-rounded athletes through technical skill development, competitive training, teamwork, communication, and confidence. She emphasizes accountability, discipline, and personal responsibility, holding athletes to high standards while fostering a positive, supportive team environment. Her long-standing commitment to volleyball reflects her dedication to helping young athletes grow both on and off the court.

Outside the gym, she and her husband enjoy cheering on their youngest daughter at club softball games and spending time with their adult daughters.
