Coach Lala played volleyball for eight years across high school, club, and college. She primarily competed as a six-rotation outside hitter.
Her coaching experience includes leading a 13U national-level travel team. At OVA, she brings a positive, encouraging, and intentional approach to developing young athletes.
One of her most memorable volleyball accomplishments was coming full circle—from finishing as a state runner-up during her freshman year to becoming a state champion in her senior season.
Her coaching philosophy centers on challenging athletes while providing consistent encouragement and support. She focuses on developing strong fundamentals, volleyball IQ, and confidence while creating a team-first mindset.
Beyond the court, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, traveling, watching sports, and learning about sports psychology and athlete development.
